Expertly designed for use with liquids or high water content produce, Excalibur's ParaFlexx™ Ultra Sheets are an ideal accessory. Made up from a thick layer of high-grade silicone they are very easy to clean and provide a non-stick surface for produce, reducing the effort required to remove ingredients from trays.
With dimensions of 35.6cm x 35.6cm these sheets are compatible with all Excalibur 5 and 9 tray horizontal models. However, they will not fit in the RES10 or 5 Tray Stackable models.
