    Really useful for small batches

These small bowls are really easy and fun to use! Perfect for grinding spices and a making a cup of oat flour in seconds Fast chopping a handful of nuts - or nut powder if two seconds more! Great making a batch of chocolate oat date balls :) Nut sauce is also easy to make, needs fluid to grind continously! Works well for making a cup of salad dressing (be careful not to spill) Good for chopping quartered onions, remember to clean at once! Fruits and veggies need to be in quite small pieces to fit, you learn after a few times what is working It feels so tiny and fun to handle compared to the normal 2 liter jar, so you start wanting to use this small one all the time, thus it would have been nice to be 300ml instead of 225ml!! I guess there is a technical reason for this small size, which has the tendency to spill a few drops a when opening the lid if filled with fluid to the max level Requires careful cleaning immediately after use, to avoid food getting stuck in the rills, easiest to use a dishwasher brush and let dry, the blades are recessed and not sharp, so it is quite safe to handle, though it is heavy Takes a few trials to learn to put the lid correctly on, it need only slightly to tighten - the arrows doesn't help, if you have seen a youtube video claiming this - to ensure correct tightening, you can experiment with tightening a bit at a time, moving the bowl close to the vitamix until it is registered, when used 10 times it becomes second nature :)
