When activated, this features causes the dehydrator to heat more powerfully initially in fast mode, ensuring the requested drying temperature is reached quickly. Then as the heat level stabilises the temperature is lowered to raw mode to maintain suitable levels without harming nutrients and enzymes.

With precise temperature and timer controls, refining the dehydration process to specific requirements is very simple and all data is neatly displayed on a digital panel.
