Our Response Time
We aim to respond to all enquiries and support requests within 24 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Our goal is to provide clear, helpful answers as quickly as possible.
Product Returns
If you’d like to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at support@juicers.co.uk
- Receive authorisation. Once we confirm that the item is in brand new, unused condition, with all the original internal and external packaging still intact, we will provide our Inspection Department returns address.
- Send authorised returns only. Please do not send items to our offices without authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be rejected, lost, or returned at your expense.
