Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer Free Next Working Day Delivery* to the UK Mainland on all orders over £100 & Free Overseas Delivery to a range of European countries on orders over £150. To see our full list of our delivery options and rates, take a look at our Delivery Rates page.

To transport orders we use a trusted collection of couriers including: DPD, DHL & Royal Mail.

*Please be aware that due to additional demand at this busy time of year, some deliveries may take longer than anticipated. We will always endeavour to dispatch orders on time to facilitate next working day delivery. However, we cannot account for any delays incurred by the courier.

For orders valued at £200 or greater, DPD requires recipients to supply a unique 4-digit PIN code at delivery. Without this PIN, the courier will be unable to release your parcel. This only applies to orders delivered to the UK mainland. To learn more, see our PIN Code Delivery Information.

Fast Dispatch

All orders are processed from our state of the art warehouses, based in Gatwick and Peterborough and they are usually shipped on the day of purchase if received before 15:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If the order is received after this time, it will be dispatched on the following working day (this does not include Saturday or Sunday). For example, an order placed after 15:00 on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Offshore & Overseas Delivery

On a majority of our UK Offshore and Scottish Highlands orders, deliveries usually take up to 2 working days to arrive after dispatch. Deliveries to Mainland Europe typically arrive within 5 - 7 working days depending on the travel distance. For all other locations please contact us for information on delivery timeframes.

Orders being shipped outside of the UK will be exempt from UK VAT charges (This includes the Channel Islands and Gibraltar). However, upon arrival at the destination country, all delivered goods will be subject to local taxes and may incur additional customs fees. The carrier will contact you with details of any payment due at this time. For further details on any charges that may be incurred, please consult the destination country's government guidance.

Delivery Alterations

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once the order has been despatched, this will incur extra charges starting from £15 depending on weight. If you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us.

If for some reason you will not be present as your address during delivery hours we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours.

Delivery Issues

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Courier Terms

Unfortunately no couriers, as part of their service agreements, are required to call customers in advance of delivery. We can include a note asking the courier to call in advance of delivery but this is ultimately at the discretion of the driver. It is not something that we can insist they do.

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed times; there is no such a thing as a guaranteed delivery day as Juicers.co.uk nor the couriers can legislate for problems arising in transit. Even so, 99% of our UK Mainland orders are attempted the following working day. If your order is urgent, we suggest allowing sufficient time to get the order to you allowing for any eventualities.

Black Friday & Christmas Deliveries

Please note that during the busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, there may be delays in delivery which is out of our control due to the excessive number of parcels for the warehouse to dispatch and also, for the courier drivers to deliver. During this time, orders may not be delivered as per our usual delivery time frames and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

How long does shipping usually take?

All UK orders with a total value over £100 are sent with a free next working day delivery service, which operates Monday to Friday. Most mainland UK orders arrive the next day after dispatch, while deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands may take up to two working days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service chosen. To qualify for next working day delivery, please ensure your order is placed before 15:00, as orders submitted after this time will be dispatched on the next available working day. How much will delivery cost?

All orders destined for the UK with a total value of £100 or more are eligible for free delivery. Orders with a lower value will have a standard delivery charge of £3.95. For a full list of our delivery options, please see our delivery information page.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept secure payments using all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. With PayPal, you can choose flexible payment options such as Pay in Three or Pay Later, making it easy to spread the cost of your purchase. All transactions are processed safely through trusted payment gateways to ensure a smooth and reliable checkout experience.

What are the shipping options?

Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100; orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. If you would like to receive your parcel on the weekend, there is also an option for that, costing £14.95. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 to £10.95. What is the return policy?

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product. If I order on the weekend when will I receive it?

If you place your order over the weekend, it will be processed, packed, and dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Your delivery time will then depend on the shipping option selected at checkout, such as next-day delivery or standard delivery.
