The science behind this lies within something called oxidation. As oxygen gets into contact with food or indeed juice, the oxygen will slowly start to breakdown the enzymes within the fruit and vegetables causing discolouration. Of course you have spent a lot of your time, effort and money in making your refreshing juice as well as selecting the produce which you put through the juicer, then why would you want to spoil all of this effort by causing oxidation of your juice. To begin with I wasn't very impressed but on my second attempt I got it right. Does exactly what it's supposed to and I am very pleased with it.

Lovely, slender jug that fits easily in the refrigerator side door. Never used a vacuum jug with a pump before but is a brilliant way to get the air out so juices stay fresh.
I have been juicing on an off for years but it has been a struggle and takes up so much of my time with preparation and cleaning. I then learned up vacuming the juices and saw this on the website. This is a complete game changer for me as I can make a big batch and seal it's qualities. I juice and then put away 2 days worth of stuff which means that I only have to use my juicer on 2x a week. The juice still taste as expected on the 3rd day. This means I can now drink a juice 6 days a week and have more time on the other mornings to do other things. I didn't get mine free like I have seen on the other reviews which is a shame.
Great jug! My brother has owned a few for years. I decided its time to buy one. It does exactly as advertised, fits in the fridge door and looks good too! Wish the price point was a little lower, otherwise very pleased with this product. ?

This was a free gift with a juicer we brought. I didn’t expect it to be such a good jug, I am very impressed and would definitely just straight up buy this as a jug. It is brilliant quality and is the fantastic for keeping the juice fresh.
I've never used anything like this before and I'm really pleased with it and even more impressed it was a freebie! Keeps my juice in best state so I can make it in the morning and fridge it until I eat later (I fast daily).
Deliveries to the UK are sent with a Free Next Working Day service on orders over £100 that operates from Monday to Friday. This timeframe increases to 2 days for UK offshore islands and Scottish highlands. Deliveries abroad will vary in length depending on the destination, for more specific information please contact us. Please be aware that orders must be placed before 15:00 to receive them on the following working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the closest following working day instead.

We currently accept payments using credit card and PayPal. Paypal also includes pay in three and pay later.
Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100, orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. If you would like to receive your parcel on the weekend, There is also an option for that, costing £14.95. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 - £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product. If you order on the weekend, your order will be packed and shipped on the next working day, and delivery will be dependent on the options chosen.
