Some products are Ex-display models which simply means that the box has been opened but the product has never been used so is effectively ‘new’. Ex-demonstration models are products that have been used once or twice to test or demonstrate at trade shows but look perfectly new and come with all original packaging and paperwork.
Both Ex-Display and Ex-Demonstration models come in three categories 1-3, with "1" being closest to brand new and "3" having some form of minor noticeable mark.
As these units are all effectively new, they come with the full manufacturer’s warranty and are covered by the same consumer rights that you get when buying a brand new item.
