The 5KFP0719 is a powerful processor capable of quickly slicing, grating or mixing ingredients in a range of scenarios. To perform such a variety of tasks its 250-watt motor can be set to work at different speed levels, outputting more or less power to suit the situation.
In total there are 3 modes; Low, High and Pulse. The Low mode causes the motor to turn at around 750 rotations per minute (RPM) and is recommended for standard processing tasks. The High mode instead outputs up to 1500 RPM and is best used in combination with the slicing and grating discs. Finally, the Pulse mode is best for rough chopping or finishing a mixture.
