Built for Continuous, High-Output Milling

At the heart of the Mockmill Professional 200 is a powerful 600-watt motor engineered for continuous operation. Unlike standard household mills that require cooling breaks, this professional-grade motor can run non-stop, delivering a consistent output of approximately 200 grams of fine flour per minute. This makes it perfectly suited to larger families, avid sourdough bakers, or small-scale commercial users who need reliable performance batch after batch.

Flour Quality You Can Taste

The mill is equipped with large 90 mm corundum ceramic grinding stones, exceptionally hard, self-sharpening, and virtually wear-free. An optimised milling surface ensures particularly fine flour, while stepless adjustment allows you to move effortlessly from ultra-fine bread flour to coarse meal. Flour texture is adjusted simply by rotating the hopper, making it intuitive and precise with no tools required.

Sustainable Design, German Craftsmanship

The Mockmill Professional 200 is as thoughtfully designed as it is powerful. Its robust housing combines natural wood with ARBOBLEND®, an environmentally friendly bioplastic made using waste wood. Manufactured in Germany with decades of milling heritage behind it, this professional model represents the pinnacle of Mockmill’s range: durable, sustainable, and built to deliver outstanding results for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

What grains can the Mockmill Professional 200 grind?

The Mockmill Professional 200 is ideal for milling wheat (including hard and soft varieties), spelt, rye, barley, oats (dehulled), millet, rice and other dry, non-oily grains. It can also grind dried beans and legumes.

Can it grind gluten-free grains?

Yes. The Mockmill Professional 200 can mill gluten-free grains such as rice, buckwheat, millet and certified gluten-free oats. Always ensure grains are completely dry before milling.

How fine can the flour be?

The grind is continuously adjustable, from very fine flour suitable for bread and pastries to coarse grist for porridge, muesli or rustic breads. At its finest setting, it produces beautifully soft flour ideal for everyday baking.

How much flour can it produce?

The Mockmill Professional 200 produces approximately 200 grams of fine flour per minute. With a 1.3 kg hopper capacity (wheat), it’s well suited for both small batches and larger baking sessions.

Are the grinding stones durable?

Yes. The ceramic corundum stones are self-sharpening and designed for long-term performance. With proper care and use, they maintain consistent grinding results over many years.

Is the Mockmill Professional 200 noisy?

As with most electric grain mills, some noise is expected during operation. However, it is designed for comfortable home use and runs smoothly for its power class.

Does the mill require special maintenance?

Maintenance is minimal. Simply brush out excess flour when needed and avoid milling oily or damp ingredients. The milling stones are self-sharpening and do not require manual sharpening.

Can it mill fresh or damp grains?

No. Only dry grains and legumes should be milled. Damp or oily ingredients can damage the stones and internal components.

Is it suitable for daily use?

Absolutely. The 600-watt motor and robust German engineering make it ideal for regular home baking and everyday milling.

What makes Arboblend® special?

Arboblend® is a renewable, eco-friendly material made from waste wood fibres and bioplastic resins. It provides a durable, sturdy housing while reducing environmental impact compared to conventional plastics.

Where is the Mockmill Professional 200 made?

The Mockmill Professional 200 is proudly made in Germany, reflecting decades of engineering expertise and Wolfgang Mock’s nearly 40 years of grain mill design experience.

Why mill flour at home?

Freshly milled flour retains the full flavour, aroma and nutritional value of whole grains. Milling on demand ensures maximum freshness and allows you to control exactly what goes into your baking.
