Happy with our Gran Latissima Coffe Machine. Only comment is that it came with an offer of free pods from Nespresso.. when going online to request the offer the site listed numerous retailers but Juicers was not included, despite some very obscure sellers being listed I suggest you ensure Juicers is included by Nespresso

These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back.
