I researched slow press Juicers and this appeared the best value for money. Easy to set up, use and clean. I was alarmed initially as the body of the juicing tube moves as the auger turns. I have checked the fitting and there isn't a problem. Juices well, I have been using for a week, feel healthier and have already lost some excess weight. Enjoying experimenting with the recipes.
This is my 1 st juicer.I’m very impressed with it. Easy clean and assembly.I like the design and it doesn’t take over the worktop I use it every day and it’s amazing how dry the pulp comes out so maximises the juice Would highly recommend
I have used Omega horizontal slow masticating juicers for years and decided to try this because it is a newer model and less expensive. It juices well; so well that there is hardly any pulp that falls into the juice container (which is why it doesn't need a sieve like the others). At may not have the flexibility of the more expenses models, but then again I use it only for celery. I do run the pulp through once again, but I do that with the other models as well. I couldn't be happier. So don't let the low price put you off, Omega is as always excellent and I highly recommend this model
Great for green vege. Bought for my wife to process juices for her SIRT diet. It produces much more juice than doing it by hand. We put the mulch through a second time to get the most out but really impressed. Even better is that it came with a vacuum jug and recipe book. Next day delivery was fantastic, Easy to clean, Thanks Juicers !
I bought this as a replacement to a very cheap one I bought from Amazon (that broke) and I must say, I am VERY happy. It isn't hugely expensive, as I don't presently earn much money but still want to juice and get healthier- but it's simple design, space saving size, efficiency and it is pretty quiet I'm sure will be as good as many that are more expensive. I find it very easy to take apart and clean, which is brilliant. I use it every day, some days twice a day. It manages well with all produce I put through from leafy green like parsley to roots like carrots. I was especially pleased not only with the juicer, but also the 'free gifts' that came with it. Not only do I now have a book thats included with the Omega juicer (by Omega) but I also have a book supplied by juicers.co.uk as well as a very sharp paring knife, board and vacuum jug which is just brill. The only thing that has made me give it 4 not 5 is the jug design. They are 2 square plastic tubs- which I find a bit ill thought. The one which goes under the juice spout is just a teeny bit too big and I find that some of the pulp will occasionally fall in. When I realised this, I then realised why a few times my juice has been too fibrous!! Keeping an eye on this, my juice is nice and smooth. The first jug could do with being a few mm smaller so that this doesn't happen (I have tried them around several different ways to no avail) However, this isn't a big enough reason to get cross or send it back- just something to be mindful of and ensure that the pulp is moved away from the pulp spout when falling into the pulp jug.
I've used a centrifugal juicer in the past and this beats it hands down. It's quiet, easy to put together and take apart for cleaning and is a doddle to clean. I'm doing a juice detox at the moment and make 5 juices in the evening to get me through the next day. It has no problem with the ingredients, including carrots, sweet potato and melon. Highly recommended.
