Bought one of these ex-demo for a good discount. Very impressed so far - it is currently munching its way through the vast crop of apples that would previously have gone to waste and making the best tasting juice ever. The addition of beetroot gives a great colour too. It doesn't much like peaches and other pulpy fruit but that seems to be normal for this type of juicer, but if they're followed by an apple or something fibrous they get pushed through. Very easy to disassemble and clean so there's no reservation about quickly juicing up something afresh each day. The YouTube video about locking ring failure on early HD1000 models was a slight concern, but the 15 year warranty gives confidence that any issue of that type will be resolved. As we hoped - it's a great way of making maximum use of allotment produce.

We now get through required daily water intake by just adding drops of freshly juiced ginger making it so refreshing to drink.
