    Cracked screen on Kuvings juicer replaced promptly *****

    This Julia character seems to be a superstar. From reading all the other reviews she seems very good and keeping the customers happy. I can only report the same...........Super professional, super efficient and a prompt service in solving problems. I had a strees crack on the screen for a Kuvings B1700 juicer. Before I knew it after providing the seial number a new screen had arrived. BRAVO!! Excellent service. Im hoping the other half does not want to upgraade juicers any time soon (despite this one being fabulous) because your service is that good I do not have an easy excuse ready.

    Great help from Julia to arrange a replacement part. The juicer is great. The seal on auger failed though, but had a replacement one sent out. 5 out of 5!

    Required replacement part

    Great service. Quick helpful response. Julia very polite and professional. My replacement part was with me in three days from me first contacting the company. Definitely would recommend and will be buying from them in the future.

    3 year old juicer replacement parts

    Brought my juicer in 2020 use it daily and the on day a piece of it broke I contacted juicers.co.uk and the said it was covered under warranty so I paid the the postage and within 5 days I had received my replacement part and my juicer is now working good as new the service was 5 stars excellent communication and fast resolution can’t ask for anything more

    Filter

    Had a slight problem with the filter within a few months of purchase but the lovely people at juice.co.uk replaced it. I had to pay for P&P and it arrived within days. Thank you

How long does shipping usually take?

All UK orders with a total value over £100 are sent with a free next working day delivery service, which operates Monday to Friday. Most mainland UK orders arrive the next day after dispatch, while deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands may take up to two working days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service chosen. To qualify for next working day delivery, please ensure your order is placed before 15:00, as orders submitted after this time will be dispatched on the next available working day. How much will delivery cost?

All orders destined for the UK with a total value of £100 or more are eligible for free delivery. Orders with a lower value will have a standard delivery charge of £3.95. For a full list of our delivery options, please see our delivery information page.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept secure payments using all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. With PayPal, you can choose flexible payment options such as Pay in Three or Pay Later, making it easy to spread the cost of your purchase. All transactions are processed safely through trusted payment gateways to ensure a smooth and reliable checkout experience.

What are the shipping options?

Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100; orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. If you would like to receive your parcel on the weekend, there is also an option for that, costing £14.95. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 to £10.95. What is the return policy?

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product. If I order on the weekend when will I receive it?

If you place your order over the weekend, it will be processed, packed, and dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Your delivery time will then depend on the shipping option selected at checkout, such as next-day delivery or standard delivery.
