I received this item as a free gift with the purchase of my juicer from Juicers UK. Although this jug is a great idea to keep juice in great condition for longer and despite the fact that it fits perfectly in a fridge door pocket, I was only going to score it a 3*. The reason for this was that I found it very difficult to clean. I have very small hands and wrists but could not reach inside this slim jug for cleaning. Especially noticeable with green juices was the build up of staining around the hinge of the handle. only today whilst cleaning a green stain from this jug did I discovered that the lid clips off. Hey presto! one super clean jug and thus the 5* award. Great service from Juicers UK

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product.
