To prevent the motor from over heating it has a thermal cut out device which will shut the machine down at a certain temperature.
The 1.4 litre polycarbonate jug is virtually unbreakable and features markings to help you make accurate measurements. The lid is made from thermoplastic and includes a removable tap which can be used to add in ingredients whilst the machine is on.
