3 Delicious Christmas Juice Recipes

It’s Christmastime, and there’s no need to be afraid of making some festive juices at this merry time of year. Come and see our favourite 3 Christmas juice recipes to help you find your spirit this Christmas without giving up a healthy lifestyle!

Mint Blast

Fresh mint is a great way to add an inviting flavour to your juice, and if used well it can bring back great memories of peppermint sticks.

Due to its strong flavour, mint serves as a great way to cover up less pleasant ingredients that provide great nutritional value. So, if you’re not a kale fan, this could be the perfect way to cover up the taste with a more powerful fresh flavour.

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 3 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Handful of Prepared Kale
  • 6 Sprigs of Fresh Mint

Instructions

Making this juice is very easy. Begin by preparing the ingredients into smaller segments and chunks. Then feed the ingredients gradually into your juicer, ensuring that you don’t go too quickly. After every rotation of each ingredient, throw in a sprig of mint. At the end, taste test your juice and add more mint if required (The amount required will vary depending on how fresh the mint is).

Cranberry Twist

Cranberries are a Christmas classic and they make for a very enjoyable juice when paired with oranges. In our opinion, there could be no better drink to complement Christmas Dinner.

Cranberries can be a bit bitter on their own, so always be sure to add some sweeter fruits in to balance the mix. Some cinnamon spice also helps to fill this delicious juice with real Christmas spirit.

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Oranges
  • 12 Cranberries
  • 1 tsp of Powdered Cinnamon

Instructions

Start off by preparing your ingredients. The cranberries won’t need much work, but be sure to peel the oranges and cut the apples into quarters or sixths. When all the ingredients are of an acceptable size, start juicing. If you have a model with a pressure control feature, be sure to put it on its loosest setting when juicing the oranges and the cranberries. Once the juice has been completed, pour in some powdered cinnamon and stir it evenly throughout the juice.

Beet Red Nose

It’s not common knowledge, but Rudolph has a red nose because Santa can’t keep him away from spicy beet juices, and if it’s good enough for the most prominent Reindeer of all time, then it’s good enough for us.

Beet juices always serve as a great source of nutrients, and with a spicy boost, there is no better way to get a red glow in your cheeks to match Rudolph’s nose.

Ingredients

  • 1 Beet Root
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Thumb of Ginger Root
  • 1 tsp of Chilli Powder (This is optional, so avoid it if you don’t like spice)

Instructions

Begin by preparing all of the ingredients and cutting them down to suitable sizes. Once all your ingredients are prepared, start juicing. Alternate the ingredients as you juice them to get an even flavour (Although we recommend saving the ginger root until last). When all the ingredients have been juiced, stir them and sprinkle some chilli powder into the mixture. Serve up the juice and enjoy it while its fresh.
