To achieve optimal results, the Professional Ice Cream & Gelato maker is equipped with 2 different mixing paddles. The ice cream paddle is designed to incorporate more air while it mixes ingredients to produce results with a lighter texture. Therefore, it’s ideal when making ice creams or Fro-Yo.
Then, in contrast, the gelato paddle incorporates less air while it mixes ingredients, allowing for thicker and denser results to be produced. This makes it ideal for producing silky and thick gelatos and sorbets.
Just what we wanted, made our first fro-yo and it turned out great, looking forward to making lots more.Juicers despatched the maker very prompt, Just a note, when our package arrived it was quite damaged, on inspection of the product it was fine, so all good.

Delivered quickly from Juicers, well protected. Straight into use to see how it performed. Produces very smooth ice cream which is tempting to eat straightaway or stored in freezer. Can be a little hard when taken from freezer but a few moments patience is all that is required. Not tried a gelato recipe yet. Easy to clean bucket and lid.
This makes really good ice cream. Best eat it as soon as it's made because if you put it in the freezer - like all home made ice cream - it will be too solid to serve easily when you take it out.

For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 to £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product.
