The Magimix Gelato Expert is an all in one solution to making your own sorbets, gelatos, ice creams and frozen yoghurts at home. By simultaneously stirring and freezing ingredients it can easily produce a range of delicious frozen desserts with varying textures depending on the selected settings.
To achieve a good variety of results, the Gelato Expert ice cream maker is equipped with 3 pre-programmed operation modes, each geared to produce different products.
The gelato mode pushes more air into the mixture, producing a light and airy end result. The ice cream mode is best used to produce a denser product, making it best for sorbet, traditional ice cream and frozen yoghurt. Finally, the granita mode is looser and produces a less processed refreshing result.
Additionally, the Gelato Expert can also be programmed manually for customised mixtures and results and it can produce a majority of frozen desserts in just 30 minutes.
For a touch of added convenience, Magimix has equipped the Gelato Expert with a storage mode that can be used to keep any frozen product is produces at the perfect storage temperature.
As a result, ice creams and gelatos made with the Gelato Expert don’t have to be served or tucked in the freezer immediately. They can be enjoyed fresh for up to 2 hours after their production.
