I have had all sorts of juicers over the years but never a twin screw, so this was with excitement I finally decided to upgrage my single screw masticator. from it magic looks to how well it works, it is amazing. so what is there to watch our for? 1. take it easy, do not jam it down, it will create a lot of foam/froth 2. mix hard and soft bits and cut all root veggies lengthwise 3. very soft like apricot, nectarine, etc. add them to the juice in the blender and create a juice/smoothie drink 4. letuce, spinach (fresh or frozen), etc. add them to the juice in the blender and create a juice/smoothie drink 5. enjoy :-)
