Hurom have paired up with the world-renowned designer Giorgetto Giugiaro to produce the H-AE. It is a unique juicer with a heavy emphasis on design, which has led to a result that is very different from your average juicer. What makes the H-AE especially interesting is the unique take on a hopper design, which features two different ingredient inlets.
This juicer is also bringing Hurom’s new Alpha+ technology into circulation, allowing it to provide the best juicing experience of any juicer on the market. Furthermore, the H-AE has a great range of accessories and comes with a coarse screen, homogenising blank.
The Hurom H-AE has been designed and developed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, the founder of Italdesign. Giugiaro is renowned as a legend of design, and through Italdesign he has worked to produce a huge range of futuristic and innovative products that stretch our vision of the world beyond its bounds. His take on a juicer design is truly brilliant and has allowed fascinating improvements to both functionality and appearance.
The hopper of the H-AE is incredibly unique, and it features two inlet styles. The first of these is a standard vertical chute, and the other is a tray that leads into a hole in the side of the vertical chute. These two inlets have different uses and are specialised for different ingredient types. The tray is ideal for wide or round ingredients, and the vertical inlet works best with long ingredients.
The Alpha+ components found in the H-AE serve as upgrades from the original Alpha technology seen in the HZ and H-AA. They provide specific improvements to the juicing chamber, which now has an inbuilt hex connector that makes the assembly process much smoother. On top of that, the cog that controls the spinning brush and screen can also be removed in these components, making it easier to clean if pulp gets stuck in it.
These are the only new features, but the Alpha+ technology is still capable of flawless performance. The augur rotates at a slow 43 RPM, and the spinning brush and screen can still turn separately at 17 RPM. Providing unbeatable yields and significantly less froth.
The H-AI can perform many different functions through the use of its included accessories. The coarse screen can be used in place of the standard fine screen and produces thicker juice with more pulp in it that resembles a smoothie. The homogenising blank provides functions for mixing and crushing ingredients and can be used to produce ice cream, nut butter, nut milk and baby food.
The H-AE is truly brilliant, and it excels in many key juicing categories. Its design is the nicest we’ve ever seen on a juicer, and we highly rate Hurom’s decision to work with a designer of Guigiaro’s status. We have also been blown away by the incredible performance and versatility of the H-AE, and it’s great to see that Hurom won’t settle for anything less than perfection.

Most mainland UK orders arrive the next day after dispatch, while deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands may take up to two working days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service chosen. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 to £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product.
