The Zumex Speed S +Plus is a highly capable commercial citrus juicer, designed for use in environments with very high consumption requirements. When used to its upper limit, it can juice up to 40 citrus fruits a minute and offers a range of useful features from a massive feeder capacity to an LED touch interface, 2 operation modes, a 1-Step extraction kit and an automatic PulpOut system.
To juice citrus fruits effectively, the Speed S +Plus makes use of Zumex’s Original System juicing mechanism. This system allows for fruits to be automatically grabbed from the feeder, split in half and pressed in a highly efficient process that maximises juice production over time. Thanks to this, the Speed S +Plus can juice between 2.5 to 4.5 litres of juice a minute.
The Original System has also been designed to press fruits with the optimal amount of force. This ensures that maximum juice yields are extracted without the bitter essential oils contained within the peel, making for tastier juice with minimal waste.
Since the Speed S +Plus is designed primarily for use in a commercial environment, hygiene is crucial. To ensure their juicers can resist bacterial growth, Zumex has developed a unique antibacterial silver polymer (ASP) coating, which is based on silver ion technology.
This coating is used on all of the internal juicing parts and is designed to resist wear while also inhibiting the growth of bacteria or mould on the parts. This ensures they can remain safe to use throughout the course of a day despite frequent contact with food.
For some added versatility, there are two different operation modes built into the Speed S +Plus. The first of these is a self-service mode, which required the tap to be manually released in order for it to pour out juice. This allows for the Speed S +Plus to be used directly by customers in self-service environments.
The second mode is known as Professional, and it allows for continuous juice production from an exact number of fruits. This mode is best for use by trained staff and makes for a smoother process that requires less manual interaction.
In order to prolong the life of the parts and motor while minimising the risk of extreme damage, the Speed S +Plus is fitted with a couple of useful safety features. The first of these is a triple detection system, which can safeguard all risk areas and shut the device off whenever an unsafe action occurs.
That is then further supported by a motor seizure detection system, which causes the Speed S +Plus to completely shut off when any motor error occurs. This ensures that any issues aren’t made worse by continued force on potentially damaged parts.
Lastly, the Zumex Speed S +Plus offers a very practical design, built to offer a very streamlined yet flexible experience. For user convenience, it offers a very large feeder, that can hold up to 20 kg of fruit in a single load, heavily reducing the frequency with which it needs to be refilled.
Moving downwards, it also offers a unique automatic PulpOut feature, which uses a continuous conveyor belt to remove lots of pulp from the juice once it has been pressed. This is supported by an incredibly convenient 1-Step extraction kit, which allows for all the juicing parts to be swiftly removed at once for cleaning and maintenance.
All UK orders with a total value over £100 are sent with a free next working day delivery service, which operates Monday to Friday. Most mainland UK orders arrive the next day after dispatch, while deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands may take up to two working days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service chosen. To qualify for next working day delivery, please ensure your order is placed before 15:00, as orders submitted after this time will be dispatched on the next available working day. Our Shipping options include free next-day delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £100; orders below £100 would have to pay £6.95 for next-day delivery or £3.95 for standard delivery. For UK offshore deliveries, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150 and for orders below £150, shipping may vary from £7.50 to £10.95. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you can reach out to our support team (support@juicers.co.uk) to discuss your available options. These include receiving a refund or getting another unit sent out to you as a replacement, and shipping the faulty and or damaged unit back. If you have used the product before contacting us, you would need to provide evidence that the unit was faulty before use and did not become damaged or faulty due to user error when using the product.
