The self-feeding hopper allows you to feed the juicer with minimal effort. This is because the hopper does all of the manual work of cutting and preparing the produce to the perfect size ready to be juiced using an internal cutting blade located at the bottom of the hopper. This allows you to turn whole fruits and vegetables into a glass of refreshing, smooth juice with very little preparation.
The size of the hopper has also been improved from the previous self-feeding models, allowing for more fruits and vegetables to be loaded inside the hopper. This in turn will give a higher volume of juice per juicing session making it easier than ever before to drink fresh juice.
The Hurom H400 has an easy clean chamber with a two-part augur which also performs as a strainer to give fine juice. These two parts can easily be disassembled and rinsed under tap water making the cleaning process scrub-free. The juicing bowl has also been re-designed so that every part of it can be cleaned easily and quickly ensuring that your bowl is clean after every use.
The Juicing Bowl has been designed so that it fits perfectly inside the body of the juicer making the design compact and very contemporary. The bowl also comes with a gauge window so that you can see precisely how much juice is being produced as well as the rich colours of your fresh juice.
Instead of the traditional screen-based juicing mechanism that many slow juicers use, in recent years Hurom has designed an auger-based juicing mechanism. This has massively improved cleaning times thereby enhancing the user experience without compromising yield and juice texture. However, the Hurom H400 has been designed to give the ultimate precision in juice texture across a variety of ingredients. This is due to the slits in the auger having been designed to be even smaller, allowing for much less pulp in the juice. I’ve very recently purchased the Hurom 400 after spending months of going back and forth trying to decide whether I could bear to part with money that could also have bought me a holiday. I have juiced for years due to having health issues and have just used a centifrugal juicer and then sieved the contents, it’s messy and time consuming when you’re churning out several a day, and of course doesn’t produce a clean juice. I can only say if you’re sitting on the fence on purchasing this and you’re planning on using it regularly then it is worth it 100%. It’s an absolutely brilliant juicer, I am obsessed with it! It produces a clean juice and seems to be able to handle anything. It’s very easy to put together and can handle a large amount of fruit/veg in the hopper, which you can continue to add in whilst it’s going. The juice tastes fantastic and of course it packs a nutritional punch . It’s honestly the best purchase I’ve ever made and I’d highly recommend it.

After many years of buying a variety of juicers ranging in price, from the just bought out juicers to juicers that have many years on the juicer scene. I have finally found the one, and it is really weird, that I normally do a lot of research on them, watch lots of videos about them and it take months before a purchase. I was definitely heading towards the Nama J2, and apparently both juicers are made by the same company, with the Hurom Juicer it was such a quick pick. I chose the Hurom Juicer, and I am so glad the Hurom Juicer came into the frame. The thing that really swayed me over o the Hurom was the Argur, and how the process of cleaning it, it’s sooooo quick, and taking it apart, be able to get to the parts that can get bits stuck in, putting it back together is a breeze, but with other juicers with the antiquated steel mesh which you literally have to scrub to get every particular off (that just might be me, it’s got to be clean) and all the other bits that have to be pulled out, pushed up, rubber bits, and trying to get you brush in some of the smallest, and I really thought I can’t really be bothered especially when I have brush the mesh again? etc , So Ive always just done one juice, and left it at that, and then the juicers would just sit around doing nothing or boxed up and sold. Now I have the Hurom Juicer, I’ve done at least 3, one after the other, and everyday since I’ve had it, the carrot juice was off the rickter scale and the juice is fantastic. Using the Hurom Juicer, is so easy, and comes with a beautiful book, showing you a variety of juices, nut milks, and smoothies, Detoxing recipes with pictures of all fruit and vegetables and pictures of the proper potions, so you know exactly what you need. For me the Hurom juicer is definitely a winner for me, it’s really easy to use, it’s very well made, it looks good, and I got some freebies with it.
